Von Bedikian – President and CEO
Von Bedikian is the CEO, President and Founder of GBH Communications. Mr. Bedikian started GBH in 1986 to provide Fortune 500 clients cutting edge collaboration solutions designed to enhance productivity and improve customer service. As the company grew over the next 25 years, Mr. Bedikian and GBH became synonymous with providing innovative tools including Unified Communications, Video Conferencing and Managed Services. In 2005, Mr. Bedikian created TechShield Services a technical solutions provider dedicated to creating, installing and managing collaborative products like Telepresence systems, infrastructure equipment and complex Audio/Visual solutions.

Previously, Mr. Bedikian was Director of Sales for ACS Communications, a leading manufacturer of telephone, pc and mobile headsets.  In addition to having a profound effect on the Telecom industry over the last 30 years, Mr. Bedikian is also dedicated to giving back to the community. He is actively involved in numerous local, national and international charities. He has also been integral in working with large enterprise clients and call centers adopt “green” initiatives relating to their communication equipment. Mr. Bedikian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. He also serves as an active member of TEC International, an organization of CEO’s that serve as an advisory panel to GBH.

Brad Stone – Director of Sales
Brad Stone brings 25+ years of sales, marketing and executive management experience on both the manufacturing and distributor sides of the Telecommunications business to GBH. Mr. Stone spent the past 12 years focused on the Enterprise Software space with responsibility for National and Global Accounts (including AT&T Wireless, HP, SUN and DHL) with NICE and Autonomy etalk- both global leaders in Call Recording & Speech Analytics.

Previous to this, Brad spent 10 years in the Headset and Audio Conferencing field as Sales Manager for Allied Resources and as Dealer Manager at Plantronics, establishing their first authorized dealer program. Brad started his career at Plant Equipment (now Plant/CML) the largest provider of 9-1-1 phone systems. While there he developed new OEM and distributor channels as well as Telco. He holds a Bachelors of Science from San Diego State and an MBA from National University.

Jerry Castillo – Director of Technical Services
Jerry Castillo is the Director of Technical Services for GBH Communications/Techshield Services with responsibilities of managing all pre and post-sales support engagements including implementation services through our Techshield Service Organization. In this capacity he also oversees all corporate Information Technology service and support. Jerry has been with GBH/Techshield Services for 6 years. He has over 11 years in related experience working for companies such as Picuretel and Polycom Global Services. His belief is every service call needs to be handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and promptness. This enables us to service our customers at the highest quality level and ensures your experience is pleasant and pain free. With these stringent standards we have been able to achieve 98% customer satisfaction while maintaining well above average speed of answer times for our customers.

Stacy Yacono – Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at GBH Communications, Stacy Yacono is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer relations, procurement and inventory management. As a key member of the GBH Executive Team, Ms. Yacono plays an integral role in managing key relationships with vendors, manufacturers and service providers. In addition, she manages the customer service, purchasing and sales support teams responsible for all aspects of sales and client support.

Stacy Yacono brings over 20 years of corporate accounting, operations and customer service experience to GBH Communications. Ms. Yacono started her career in the banking industry where she excelled in accounting focused tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget analysis and fiscal management. Prior to joining GBH, Ms. Yacono worked in multiple capacities at CommuniTech Inc. including Credit Manager, Accounting Manager and Warehouse Manager. In 2005, GBH purchased CommuniTech and Ms. Yacono joined the GBH team as a Purchasing Manager responsible for managing inventory and improving profit margins by streamlining the forecasting process. In 2011, Ms. Yacono was promoted to Director of Operations and is currently working to improve department efficiency, enhance strategic vendor relationships and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Michael Laurin – Director of Enterprise Services
Michael Laurin is the Director of Enterprise Services at GBH Communications. In this role Mr. Laurin is responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales engineering processes as well as developing new technology strategies within GBH and for our Fortune 500 clients. Michael specializes in designing complex collaboration solutions utilizing the most advanced UC technology that help GBH clients collaborate more efficiently. In this position Mr. Laurin also manages the entire TechShield Services team which includes project managers, technical support managers, sales & field engineers and installation coordinators.

Mr. Laurin comes to GBH with over 15 years combined experience in all aspects of product management including new product launches, product marketing and research and development. As Category Manager with West Marine Products, Mr. Laurin focused on managing relationships with multiple vendors, analyzing product trends to create yearly business strategies and identifying new product opportunities. In his position with GN Netcom/Jabra, Mr. Laurin acted as Product Manager for new headset solutions. In this position, he was responsible for product road map generation, competitive analysis and life cycle management for multiple headset product lines. Mr. Laurin holds a Bachelors Degree from St. Mary’s College of California.
