The results are in….. Our customers have rated us at 98% overall customer satisfaction in every segment of pre and post-sales service. Responses were based on all facets of customer service interactions including order processing, shipping times, and overall satisfaction with GBH as an organization. Positive customer comments extended to multiple GBH employees including our customer service, sales and repair departments.
