GBH Communications Recognized Again as Service Leader. Polycom Customers Rate GBH with an Overall Customer Satisfaction score of over 95%

The independent survey sent out to GBH customers who have purchased Polycom products or support were asked to rate multiple facets of conferencing product and service support interactions with GBH. In addition to the overall satisfaction rate of 95% customers were also asked to provide individualized comments regarding their direct contact with GBH support personnel. Feedback included the following comments direct from GBH customers:

"Their level of professionalism is one of a kind. I've always been satisfied."

"They do a great job. We are extremely happy."
