Planning for Success
During this phase, GBH assesses your existing environment’s readiness to deploy Skype for Business Online in Office 365. This includes discovery and requirements assessment workshop, network assessment, user/organization/process readiness, and implementation planning services.
  • Envisioning Workshop to show what’s possible while defining use cases for communication and collaboration
  • Define success criteria and create user adoption plan
